This cute leather saddle feather is shaped like a cowboy hat and completely painted by hand. We cut these using our laser engraver.
These saddle feathers are customizable with your choice of colours and optional text. These are painted with multiple coats of quality leather paint and the edges are sealed with beeswax. You can choose to have these be single sided and rough/ unfinished on the back, or two sided (two finished and mirrored leathers attached together with the edges well sealed together).
This design is 4.25" tall by 2.5" wide and uses approximately 2mm thick leather. The single layer design will be about 2mm thick while the double layer is about 3.5-4mm thick.
